1stWest Mergers and Acquisitions Served as the Representative for Tierra Group International in the Transaction
Evergreen, CO – July 29, 2025 – 1stWest Mergers and Acquisitions announced today that BBA Consultants has signed a strategic agreement confirming the integration of Tierra Group International, Ltd. into its operations, marking a major expansion of BBA’s international footprint. 1stWest M&A served as the investment banker that advised and represented Tierra Group International in the transaction.
BBA commented that Tierra Group International is a multinational engineering design and consulting engineering firm known worldwide for its expertise in civil, geotechnical and water resource engineering, specialized in the mining industry.
With the integration of Tierra Group International, BBA adds 50 Tierra Group experts, an internationally recognized group of tailings and heap-leach design experts. Tierra Group’s engineering solutions have been applied across six continents. With this transaction, BBA will expand its presence across North and South America, adding offices in Denver, Colorado; Elko, Nevada; and Lima, Peru. Tierra Group International will gain access to BBA’s network of 1,600 professionals.
