Aleksandro holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Mackenzie and a postgraduate degree from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo. He has also participated in international programs in Corporate Leadership at Saint Gallen Business School, CLP (Change, Leadership & Partners) in Germany, as well as Corporate Management at CELAP (China Executive Leadership
Academy Pudong) in Shanghai.
Mr. Gardano has more than 25 years working with German companies such as Tüv Rheinland Group and Tüv Nord Group, focusing on infrastructure, project management, testing, inspection & certification (“TIC”) segments. He worked on real estate solutions and supported the management of infrastructure projects in the areas of oil & gas, mining, sanitation and civil construction. Mr. Gardano has also worked on projects in the Americas and Europe in a wide range of industry segments, such as telecom, energy, IT and medical, and he has worked in management positions at leading Brazilian companies, such as Itaú Unibanco, Siemens and PWC.
Mr. Gardano speaks five languages. He is fluent in his native Portuguese, English, and Spanish; he also speaks German and Italian. He lives in São Paulo, where he is an aviator and amateur astronomer; he enjoys sailing and traveling with his family.
